Photography should be aspirational, this is about skill building, getting fit and becoming a better player. It should be approachable but also want to excite you to play squash. 

Profile images, which includes staff and coaches should have the person central to the image, the focus should be within the centre square of the image so that it can be cropped.

They should look approachable and like someone you want to engage with, not moody or annoyed like they don't want to be there.
